Quality inspection

Quality Assurance

About Quality inspection

Taking micron-level precision as the benchmark, we construct a full-process quality control system spanning mold development, mold trial validation, to batch mass production. Through high-end precision inspection equipment, standardized testing processes, and data-driven process control, we achieve controllable precision and traceable quality, providing stable and reliable quality assurance for every mold and every product.

Full set of testing equipment configuration

Featuring an industry-leading precision measurement laboratory, configured with a full suite of testing equipment including coordinate measuring machines, 2.5D vision measuring machines, surface roughness testers, and hardness testers. This covers comprehensive testing requirements such as dimensional accuracy, geometric tolerances, surface quality, and material hardness, meeting the rigorous testing standards of high-end molds and precision structural parts.

Core detection methods

Equipped with professional inspection equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), high-precision projectors, and 2.5D vision measuring machines, we achieve a 100% inspection rate and an inspection precision of up to 0.5μm, controlling every detail with ultimate accuracy.

In-depth control of mold accuracy

Using high-precision coordinate measuring machines to perform 3D dimensional inspection and accuracy verification on mold cavities, ensuring that mold structural dimensions closely match design standards. In key guiding mechanisms, the clearance fit between guide pillars and guide bushings is strictly controlled within 0.01–0.02mm, guaranteeing stable mold operation, long life, and excellent product consistency.

Whole-process quality control mechanism

Implementing a 100% comprehensive inspection on mold T1 trials to lock in the quality benchmark from the source. During the mass production phase, we implement CPK process capability control, ensuring stable and reliable batch production through continuous data monitoring. From mold manufacturing and first article confirmation to batch delivery, traceable quality files are established throughout the entire process, achieving closed-loop quality management.
